request and we will provide solutions in the best we can.
3. Do you have any service centers where we can drop off our equipments for
repair ?
A. At this time, our service is mainly concentrated on Pull Out
and Delivery and On-Site service in the comfort of your home or office. For now, we only operate from our principal service and some part of Luzon to reduce our overhead. However, we do maintain a fully equipped service warehouse for inventory stock and repairing purposes. We maintain a large number of repair centers who tie up with us where clients can bring their equipments. In most situation, we provide On-Site service, we collect, fix and return equipments.
4. How long does it take for Pull Out and Delivery ?
A: Normally, maximum of three (3) working days unless required parts for repair or parts are not available in the market.
B. Do you offer any telephone technical support :
A. No, but we entertain callers and we give support for our clients.
